This milestone was made possible through the incredible generosity of The Garcia Companies, The Village of Indiantown, and a coalition of committed community sponsors including PRP Construction, River Oak Business Center, Glass Professionals, Palm City CrossFit, and Indiantown Marina.

The Indiantown facility focused on two of PAL’s most impactful programs:

Boxing, led by USA Certified Coaches, offered youth a powerful outlet to build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness.

Mentorship & Leadership Development, which guided youth in making positive life choices, developing leadership skills, and embracing values like responsibility, respect, and resilience.

“This is more than just a building, it’s a safe haven, a training ground, and a launchpad for brighter futures,” said Noel Del Valle, Executive Director of Martin County PAL. “Thanks to our incredible sponsors, the youth of Indiantown now have access to life-changing resources that promoted strength, guidance, and opportunity.”

The collaborative effort reflected a shared belief that investing in youth is investing in the future of Martin County. Each sponsor played a vital role in bringing this vision to life:

  • The Garcia Companies provided foundational support and a strong commitment to youth development.
  • The Village of Indiantown championed the effort from a civic and community leadership perspective.
  • PRP Construction contributed expertise and resources to help create a welcoming, professional-grade facility.
  • River Oak Business Center, Glass Professionals, and Palm City CrossFit brought vital local business support, empowering youth through community engagement.
  • Indiantown Marina further anchored the project with meaningful investment in the well-being of the town’s future leaders.

“It was powerful to see so many sectors – private, public, and nonprofit-come together to support our kids,” said Carmine Dipaolo, Mayor of the Village of Indiantown. “This is a testament to the sense of community we have here in Martin County.”

Along with the formal ribbon cutting, the Boxing Gym was dedicated to Mrs. Sandy Garcia on behalf of her husband, Edward S. Garcia (d. 2019) in honor of his commitment to the community and to the youth that calls Indiantown home.

“What an honor it is to invest in the youth of Martin County, our future leaders,” said Josh Kellam, President at The Garcia Companies. “The team effort behind this project reflects the heart and soul of our community.”

The facility is open, and program registration is underway. For more information on enrollment, volunteer opportunities, or ways to support, visit www.martincountypal.org.
