Garcia is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy White as General Counsel, where she will serve as a member of the company’s leadership team and oversee all legal, compliance, and risk management functions across the organization.

Tracy brings nearly two decades of legal experience with a strong focus on construction, real estate, and complex business litigation. Throughout her career, she has represented contractors, developers, and investors, advising on construction transactions, dispute resolution, commercial agreements, and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience managing litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as supporting complex development and land use matters.
