The South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) identified the El Maximo Dispersed Water Management Project, located in Osceola County, Florida, as their top project in the district in their recent newsletter!
This project is a public-private partnership that helps to temporarily store and treat excess water; it's critical to the overall water quality improvements for South Florida ecosystems.
While The Garcia Companies operates in many facets, it is the combined efforts of our land management and development teams that have enabled us to both lease and manage as well as serve as the contractor for the development of this water project.
We are proud to work with the SFWMD, our subcontractors, vendors and partners, to develop innovative ways to treat, store, and move water to increase water quality and quantity.
