The Garcia Companies congratulates Brittany Jeffries on being chosen to the 2021 Inside Business' Top 40 Under 40 list in Hampton Roads. Each year the Inside Business honors young professionals who are successful in their careers and involved in the community.
Brittany has been with The Garcia Companies for eight years and currently serves as Vice President. She manages various aspects of the businesses, including general contracting, human resource management, marketing and communication strategies, and business development initiatives.
Her most recent volunteer efforts include chairing the 2021 Executive Committee for Light the Night (Hampton Roads and Richmond) and leading Garcia's team to contribute over $27,000 in sponsorship and fundraising combined to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In addition, Brittany has served on the Organizing Committee for the local Crush Cancer event since its inception in 2015. The annual event benefiting Cycle for Survival and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Center is managed entirely by a local group of volunteers and has successfully raised more than $1,000,000 for cancer research.
