Garcia is excited to announce the promotion of Eric Sutton to Senior Vice President of Operations.
Since joining the company Eric played a significant role in shaping and expanding the company’s professional and land-related service capabilities. Throughout his tenure, he successfully led the evolution of the Garcia Professional Services division while helping strengthen operations, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.
In his new role as Senior Vice President of Operations, Eric will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic and operational leadership across land-related operating divisions. Reporting directly to Adam Carroll, Chief Operating Officer, Eric will play a key role in translating enterprise strategy into operational execution, fostering collaboration across divisions, developing leaders, and driving operational excellence, financial performance, safety, and long-term growth.
