We are excited to announce the appointment of Julie Starke as Chief of Staff & Strategy for The Garcia Companies.
For more than 15 years, Julie has been a trusted consultant and creative partner, helping tell Garcia’s story in meaningful ways and shaping the narrative, brand, and strategy behind major initiatives like Terra Lago. She has played an instrumental role in evolving our company identity, including the transition from ESG to The Garcia Companies brand we know today.
Julie will continue to provide leadership over enterprise messaging, brand stewardship, creative strategy, and organizational storytelling while also helping connect strategy, operations, culture, communications, and special projects across all divisions of the company. Her unique combination of business insight, creative thinking, and organizational knowledge makes her exceptionally well-positioned for this role.
Julie has served as a consultant across a multitude of industries for over 30 years, collaborating with clients in a wide variety of creative capacities, storytelling initiatives, and strategic communications. Whether serving as a consultant or now as a member of our Executive Leadership Team, Julie has consistently embodied the values that guide our company. She is passionate about connecting people, ideas, and opportunities across the organization and making meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
